Customer Service Agent – No Phone (Fully Remote)

We're expanding our Customer Support division and need talented individuals to handle customer interactions across digital channels. In this role, you'll work alongside our Marketing and Operations departments to deliver outstanding service using text-based communication tools like Facebook Messenger and similar platforms.

Role:

• Title: Customer Support Specialist.
• Compensation: $35 hourly.
• Work Environment: 100% Remote (Candidates from the US are prioritized).

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and reply to incoming messages on company websites and social channels in real-time.
• Handle customer questions, share relevant product links, and inform customers about available promotions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
