Customer Success Representative – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

Do you have a passion for helping customers succeed and building meaningful connections with people? We're hiring a Customer Success Representative to join us at an entry-level position. You'll be the first person customers reach out to when they need support, answering their questions, collecting their feedback, and making sure they walk away satisfied with their experience.

Roles: In this position, you'll play a key role in upholding our customer-first philosophy. Day-to-day, you'll connect with customers via live chat tools such as Facebook Messenger, where you'll deliver one-on-one assistance and tailored recommendations.

Position Details:

• Rate: $35 hourly
• Contract Length: Ongoing, with built-in adaptability
• Requirements:
  • Computer, smartphone, or mobile device available
  • Stable high-speed internet
  • Foundational proficiency in written English
• Skills/Background Needed:
  • Beginner-friendly role with comprehensive onboarding included
  • Previous chat support experience is not a prerequisite
• Location: Work from anywhere in the world, 100 percent remote, with particular interest in applicants based in North America
