We're hiring an Overnight Customer Support Specialist to handle live chat conversations during night shifts. In this role, you'll be the first contact customers reach when they need help, working to solve problems quickly and maintain their satisfaction. Your responses will directly impact how customers view our company, and you'll have the flexibility to work from your home office.

Position Details:
