Remote Chat Helpdesk Assistant – No Phone Interaction

We're hiring a Remote Chat Helpdesk Assistant to deliver customer support through text-based conversations. In this position, you'll assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and sharing resources entirely via chat messaging, making it ideal for someone who communicates effectively in writing and enjoys a peaceful work setting. Operating from your home office, you'll become an essential part of our support team by responding to customer needs, providing guidance, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to incoming chat inquiries on our digital platforms and social channels. You'll address customer concerns, share relevant product information and links, and communicate special offers directly to customers through text conversations.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential. You'll also need stable internet access and proficiency in written English to complete your daily tasks.

Skills/background needed: This opportunity welcomes newcomers to the field. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included in the role, meaning prior experience with chat support positions is not required.

Location: Fully remote position available globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
