Remote Chat Support Instagram (Urgent)

We're actively seeking a Remote Chat Support specialist to manage Instagram communications on an urgent basis. In this role, you'll engage with customers and followers through real-time messaging, fielding inquiries in the comments section and inbox, delivering timely assistance, and fostering meaningful interactions via attentive chat oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sharp communication abilities, possess strong written English proficiency, and have solid familiarity with how Instagram operates.

Roles: Your day-to-day work involves monitoring and responding to incoming messages across business chat platforms and social channels. You'll address customer questions promptly, share relevant product information and purchase options, and communicate special offers and deals directly through messaging conversations.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You'll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet connectivity. Proficiency in basic English writing is essential for performing this work successfully.

Skills/background needed: No experience necessary for this entry-level opportunity. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included, meaning prior customer support or chat experience is not required.

Location: Available to work remotely from anywhere globally, though candidates based in the United States are preferred.
