Roles: Your day-to-day involves handling incoming chat conversations on company websites and across social platforms. You'll respond to customer inquiries, share relevant product pages or sales materials, and communicate special offers and incentives through the chat interface.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is necessary, along with a stable internet connection. Competent written English communication is essential for succeeding in this role.
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes people at any experience level. Comprehensive onboarding and instruction are provided, so prior experience with live chat platforms is not required.
Location: Fully remote globally with focus on United States candidates.
