About This Role:

In this capacity, you'll serve as a key member of our customer support team, handling all incoming customer communications. Your responsibility is to engage professionally with each customer, delivering timely resolutions and information that demonstrates our company's commitment to quality service.

What You'll Do Daily:

• Function as the initial contact for all customer questions, responding promptly to inquiries across multiple channels.
• Address and troubleshoot customer issues through email and live chat, delivering reliable support and quick turnaround times.
• Leverage strong communication abilities while handling multiple conversations simultaneously and maintaining composure in fast-paced situations.

Compensation: $35 hourly

Qualifications We're Seeking:

• Previous customer service experience is not a prerequisite; we offer thorough onboarding and training for all hires.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written communication is essential.
• Demonstrated capacity to function autonomously in a work-from-home environment.
