Remote Text Chat Support Agent – Entry Level

Do you excel at written communication and want to make up to $35 hourly? We're looking for friendly, fluent English speakers to work as Text Chat Support Agents. This role involves engaging with site visitors, answering their questions, furnishing details, and sharing promotional offers and links through messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Roles: Operating from home, you'll deliver correct information to clients promptly. Your day-to-day activities will focus on utilizing established message templates and personalizing responses as needed.

Requirements:

• You must own a desktop computer, smartphone, or portable device connected to dependable internet.
• Competent writing abilities in English are mandatory.
• Experience with messaging platforms is not required; we provide full onboarding support.

Location: Completely work-from-home opportunity, with priority given to candidates in North America, though we welcome applications from anywhere globally.
