Your Responsibilities:
As a messaging support representative, you'll respond to real-time inquiries through chat windows on digital platforms and messaging apps. You'll handle a mix of customer service questions from existing users and pre-sales conversations with interested prospects.

Contract Length: No fixed term

Compensation: $35 per hour.

Required Qualifications:

• Equipment that enables access to messaging platforms and website chat tools, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer
• Capacity to operate autonomously while adhering to detailed guidelines
• Minimum 10 hours weekly availability
• Stable high-speed internet connection

Weekly Hours: 10+ hours per week
